The Haynes Clinic for me was a very special place which to be honest saved my Life. It is with no doubt I would be 6f under if I hadn’t been brought here. Gordon and his team were and still are very professional with an exceptional Aftercare service. My Wife and Children now have me back as my old self. Staying at Everton house was like home from home you needed for nothing. The routines and therapy are like nothing else I have experienced and to be honest not for the faint hearted. If you work hard here you will get great results. I am so grateful for the Haynes and I highly recommend it for a great life of Sobriety.!

I have been to Haynes a few times over the past three years (due to several relapses which I absolutely do not hold Haynes accountable for). If you follow the simple guidance/instructions and tools they provide, you’re likely to do well.

During my stay last month I was asked why I have chosen to come back to Haynes several times - and for me, the answer is simple - I fully trust the team there. The counselling team are exceptional, the office team are very helpful and approachable and the house managers are wonderful. I cannot praise the house manager at Rowney highly enough for her level of professionalism, alongside kindness and compassion. During my last stay, the help and attention I received was exemplary, and fully tailored to the issues I was struggling with at the time - so it was truly a transformative experience.

Haynes provides a medical detox upon arrival, based on assessment from the very lovely doctor, and this is monitored. But the real work starts once you’re through this, if it’s needed, so I would encourage anyone to stay the recommended 28 days.

The accommodation is beautiful, and the structure they provide whereby you’re essentially expected to live a regular working life (attending clinic 8.45-5 daily, chores both at the clinic and houses and cooking for yourselves), is a perfect way of helping people get back into a normal routine.

My only, very minor, criticisms are that the step work is a bit repetitive in places; and I’d also recommend having more frequent separate men’s and women’s groups, as I always appreciated them on Fridays.

All in all, I would thoroughly recommend Haynes to anyone suffering with addiction issues and would like to thank the Haynes family for all they have done for me.

HAYNES SAVED MY LIFE. I was a very broken soul when I walked through the doors of Haynes. I have been to three treatment centres over my early life. As I don’t blame the other treatment centres for my bad choices when leaving I feel the tools and knowledge I got was next to none compared to Haynes. These guys are on another level. If you are willing to go to any length to get clean. This is the place to go by far. The staff are just on point. They will do anything to see you get clean. They are firm but very fair. They go above and beyond. I did a total of seven weeks and accomplished more in my recovery than I ever had in 17 years. From the 12 steps, to finally being honest with myself/others and so much more. I owe this guy my life. Thanks Haynes ?

When I came to the Haynes clinic, I was broken my life had been ruined by my inability to stop using and drinking. I was very very ill. The clinic saved my life! The therapy I received was second to none. I left with a whole new perspective of myself and others. I was given the ability to live freely and the tools I needed to stay sober one day at a time. I am now 13 months clean and sober. I have my daughter living with me full time I have my friends and families love and support and new career prospects. But most of all, thanks to the phenomenal staff at the Haynes and the incredible aftercare they provide, I have peace of mind and new life in sobriety. I volunteer for the drug and alcohol services and believe me when I say there is not a rehab I have found that cares as much as this one does. You or your loved one are in safe hands and this is an addicts/alcoholics best chance of being getting clean and sober and staying that way.

There are not enough thank yous in the universe for this team.

If you are suffering from the illness of addiction, attending the Haynes Clinic is possibly the best thing you can ever do for your recovery.
I recently spent 28 days at the Haynes Clinic and although it can be tough it was a life changing experience for the better.
The level of knowledge and experience of all the staff there is invaluable. If you are willing to change and want to live your best life this is the place to go.
I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I cannot recommend this life changing treatment centre enough! It truly saved me!
The programme, staff and process groups are priceless. I have attended another centre the year before, which I would never recommend, it was just a luxury break. The Haynes, keeps life normal with choirs, shopping list, cleaning and cooking. With the main benefits of therapy sessions, impact work shops, weekly goal settings, doing the 12 steps, which is crucial for recovery in the real world. It also gives you an understanding of the meetings e.g AA, CA & NA on the outside and about the importance of getting a sponsor to go back through the steps.
The aftercare program is also fantastic l, 3 key sessions in person every week and continues for a year after your departure of the clinic. Benefits include controlled urine test & breathetlisers and a weekly zoom meeting. Whilst in treatment I was concerned with my liver, kidneys and health in general. I voiced this to the doctor along with the clinic and the following day I was taken to a private clinic for this to be done ASAP. The duty of care from the clinic was excellent.
I would highly recommend the Haynes Clinic and cannot thank them enough! ❤️

Do not send a loved one here if you genuinely think that they have a problem than might kill them. I went in with severe drug and alcohol problems and was fairly close to death. I had jaundice and ascites and was in severe withdrawals, yet was denied medical treatment; even though the resident doctor said I should have been in hospital.

I went through several days of being moved around between the living quarters and the treatment centre where I was struggling to move, and was just left to lie down in the back room.

After seven days I asked to go to the hospital and was told by the weekend supervisor that I could not go to the hospital, because we needed to do the weekly shop, so eventually I had to say "I'm not going to go anywhere else unless it is the hospital." Phil told the rest of the residents that I was being difficult to try and turn them against me, but they all agreed that my physical condition was so bad that I needed to go.

He refused to call an ambulance, even though my entire eyes and skin was yellow and made me wait a couple of hours for someone to drive me there. Then when I got to the hospital they ruched me into emergency care and I was in a critical condition for 6 days, where I had to have 11 litres of fluid taken out of my abdomen and be on I.V. antibiotics for the duration, with a catheter fitted.

Then when it came to my release, they said I could not be picked up from the hospital, so I had to order myself a taxi to get back there, and they also made me pay for an extra day staying there because my sister could not pick me up until a day after my stay had finished.

All, I'm saying is, do not send anyone you care for there if you really think they might die, because either they do not have the resources, or are too incompetent or generally just don't care, once your payment has cleared. If you have someone in your life that is just a bit into smoking weed or something it is probably fine, but if they are seriously bad do not send them here.
