We couldn’t be happier with the service Alex provided as our architect! From the very start, he was incredibly engaging and helpful, providing us with initial rough drawings and guiding us through the process with ease. Alex was always available on WhatsApp to answer our endless questions, no matter how big or small, and his patience was truly commendable as we made countless amendments along the way.

Right from the start we have found Practical Foundations very helpful. We had a visit within days of our enquiry and they fitted us in on a Sunday which was a great help due to our work commitments.
Ivan took on board our requirements and produced exactly what we wanted with some additional features that we had not thought of. He dealt with the planning office and we had our plans approved within 8 weeks with only 1 small adjustment. Would recommend to friends and family.

After i put my advert out on a site to get quotes for my one story build. I eventually settled on Practical Foundations.
Straight away, their representative phoned me (Ivan). He was very professional and put my mind at ease. I couldn’t believe how reasonably priced they were. They are based over an hour and a half away from me. Ivan explained he could come and get measures the coming Sunday. But needed a deposit of 25%. I have to admit i was nervous to do this. But i need not worry.. he came, and was so professional and put me at ease.
A week later the first draft was sent over. I wanted some changes and Ivan said i can change as many times as i needed.
Its all passed planning after a couple of months.
I would Highly Recommend Practical Foundations. If you need building plans, use these guys. A+++
