Found out about TASS through local community Facebook group. Have booked to
take my wheelchair bound husband to hospital for an early morning hip replacement operation,
Such lovely helpful people, very efficient service and what a huge relief to know
everything is sorted.

They provide affordable table tennis, open to all for £3 per session, 7 until 9 on Monday nights. Plus a free cuppa.

Excellent. Phoned midday, made booking, chair ready on arrival. Made shopping and visit ti Pannier Market possible. Any criticism? Yes. Donation at a minimum of £1.50 per day far too low. It may be tihs is a "not for profit" organisation, but other charities charge £6.00 per day. Suggest £5.00 per day and £3.00 for half day - as this could prevent another would-be customer who requires a full day. Worth a thought?
