A lovely area to visit but to note that the area is ruins as most buildings are either plotted out on the field or some remains. When we arrived it started to rain and the only sheltered area is the crypt at the Lady’s Chapel. The rain stopped rather quickly. It might be good to have an umbrella or something waterproof with u in case of rain.

Thought the abbot’s kitchen is quite fun to go in as there’s some fun exhibits to recreate how the kitchen was.

I was quite impressed by their portable toilets as the whole area is outdoor. Quite clean and well maintained, even has several tap and basins with soap and napkins.

This sacred place was home to King Arthur and Queen Guinevere hundreds of years ago. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and there’s many peaceful places to meditate, do yoga, even have a picnic lunch.

Lucky to have a lovely, sunny day to wander through the grounds. There is a pay car park close to the entrance which has both public toilets and a great little bakery and, in case you forgot, there's another set of public toilets on the way to the entrance. The site is wheelchair accessible to most areas and there is a coffee bar as well as a separate gift shop. There is also a museum on site but we didn't visit it as we had the dog with us-although dogs are permitted in the majority of the site

I'm not sure why but my first time of visiting was for one of the 2024 Horrible histories performances.
What an excellent setting!
I shall be coming back for the full experience.

A tranquil place, where you can stroll around the green fields, relax looking at the pond and feel the history of the place! Nice caffe! Toilets available! Highly recommend!

A very nice place, definitely worth visiting even though there’s not too much of the original building left. I wish the weather was better but it still was a great experience.

It's an abbey in ruins that is somewhat unique in itself. The abbey sits on 36 acres of manicured grounds, of which a musuem also resides. The museum provides a well balanced presentations of artifacts, stories, and other histories of the Abbey. A cafe is onsite for your convenience.

Nice garden and then the abbey. Not so much to see because it was almost completely destroyed at the end of '500. If the weather is good, it is a relaxing place to spend a couple of hours
