Visited here to receive help for my brother in law, the gentleman we were greeted by kept brushing us off to go to the homeless provision?!? Took a while for him to understand and actually listen to our request. Lady who was dealing with our case told us to email her and we did but have heard nothing further and it’s been quite some time now. I appreciate they must deal with a lot of cases, but communication or some form of help to go in the right direction would have been appreciated.
