Popped in for a browse. The shop is well stocked and the staff are friendly. When I asked if o could bring donations in they were really appreciative, unlike another charity shop I had donated a lot of expensive new donations to the previous week. Will support this charity from now on.

Rude manageress . Sold me faulty dress which someone had sewed inside then refused to take it back. If the dress wasnt faulty i would have kept the dress or put it on ebay to get my money back. I know a charity shop is for the charity which i often give to but its not right to sell an item faulty snd have such a nasty attitude especially when i was feeling poorly anyway. Her attitude was rude mean and she was stroppy. Such a vile person. It never used to be like this in there when our friend Andrew was alive and worked there bless him. The other staff in the shop were total opposite.

Manageress has bad attitude. Head office should investigate. Hopefully her staff dont get treated the way she treats her custmers.
The other staff have a smile and are friendly.
If you dont like the job then leave simples! You could learn a lot from your staffs customer service.

I love headways charity shop the management are amazing and the volunteers are also amazing the shop is lovely and clean the cloths are set out so it's easy to find your size and what your looking for the clothes are all steamed before going on the shop floor and the prices are amazing I can't folt this shop at all it was a pleasant experience and I will recommend this shop to all my friends and family and when they reopen their doors I will be 1 of there 1st customers
