Very lovely atmosphere. There's a nice (though small capacity) hall with facilities. There's ample parking and a very lovely field where kids can play.

Please note that this is a review of the park. I did not enter the pavilion. Unfortunately, the dreadful weather that we have experienced over the last five months has left the park in a sorry state. The grass is sodden and in places the ground is very muddy. That description also applies to the small playground area . The tarmac paths do not escape criticism as on the day I visited extensive puddles made them impassable in places to anyone in normal footwear. Hopefully, this rather negative review will become redundant once we have had a period of good weather. However, at present the park is certainly not at its best P S the car park is free and has a sensible flow arrangement

Lovely playing fields with plenty of space for everyone, a small park great for toddlers and older children to play on, on the playing fields there is basketball hoops and quite a few football goals, there was plenty of parking when we went and the area was quite quiet, there's a lovely seating area where you could have a picnic while visiting and benches dotted around the playing fields and in the park area.

Go there to watch my grandson play football on a Sunday morning. Pleasant park for families with a playground and paths suitable for little ones to ride their bikes. My moan is that despite bins and notices there are people who think it is all right to leave dog mess on the paths particularly by the playground. The authorities do their best so not their fault. Actual pavilion has to be kept locked when I am there because of thieves. You can ask for a key if you need to use the toilets. Shame but if you do not need to use the facilities it is a nice place for children to play safely away from the traffic. I believe you can hire room for parties etc.

This is a nice little walk with your four-leeged friend as there is a path all the wall round and one through the middle. Great free parking and a designated play area for children under 12. I would definitely come back great for a lovely, peaceful walk.
