Great space.
Held a training session here and found friendly and very helpful staff, good room which was fully equipped, and high quality projector.
Extremely close to New Street and Moor Street stations. Will definitely use again.

This is a conference and events centre that’s easy to find as it’s located right in the heart of Birmingham, next to the Bull Ring. It means it is accessible to those coming into Birmingham, especially by train. There are a number of car parks also within close proximity.

I attended a short classroom led training session here and the event was very beneficial to me. The room was bright, well ventilated, comfortable and had the latest technological aids which aided in the successful delivery of the course.

The venue itself is modern, clean and is a great place for small training and conference events. The Staff were friendly and helpful and the Lunch provided (as part of the session) was first-class.

This is a venue i know for training although they probably do much more here . I always prefer training here. Always seems busy and well used with different training courses going on throughout the building. Close to New Street and Moore Street stations.

My Wife was attending a weekend craft event which used a couple of rooms. The facilities were very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. I noticed that there was free secured WiFi access. They also offer a number of courses for the voluntary sector.

External course was switched to this venue so not commenting on any course they do purely on the venue. It was average and lost a star due to the poor internet connection. If you are going to sell a venue where people need to do an online exam make sure your wireless works. Room was also way too small for the group.
