This company is owned and ran by the devil its a absolute nightmare to work for I got bullied everything shift I informed the management of my home and nothing was done about it the bullying continued the care is absolute terrible residents aren't safe chemical cupboards are often found with keys in them and in my home care got so bad lots of residents lost lots of wight and got sick fire doors wedge opened and the actual construction of the the buildings aren't cared and most homes need refurbishment most of the management and hopeless and lazy and my home manager from rose lodge should be sacked for how bad she has allowed my care home to become this whole company should be be shut down due the horrible lack of care the the owner should be held responsible for his care homes being allowed to get this bad

Residents not get fresh water everyday

Residents being allowed to play with razor blades due to staff not being interested

Staff being allowed to bully other staff

Fire doors being wedged open

Chemical cupboards being often left unlocked or having keys left in the locks

Homes are unhygienic used covid tests everywhere and hasn't been refurbished is about 10 years so the funture has all beat up and smells

Please don't send your loved ones to any of country court care homes
