really disappointed with tigers I booked here early in the year for a suprise 60th that took place yesterday
your bar staff were rude all except 1 this made alot of people feel uncomfortable wouldn't have hurt you to have cracked a smile instead of huffing puffin and stomping your feet everytime someone needed service.
for a venue that advertises and prides itself on having new refurbished establishment it was absolutely filthy I'm more than happy to send you the pictures over of the children's feet and clothes, the toilets were grubby dusty and holders hanging off the walls.
the pressure to get everything out and binned was extremely uncomfortable as your staffing members moved yourselves into the venue plonked yourselves onto a table and demanded every bin bag was removed as we were clearing them.
you wouldn't allow any doors open yet was reluctant to putting the aircon on and it was steaming in there. Once put on you turned it off after a hour in a room full of people? it was all very odd and you clearly didn't want a party there on bank holiday. won't book again

Great little club, with a great pub attached!
The only issue is parking, I luckily got parked roadside, but otherwise not a lot of parking. Nothing rh club can do about it either.

A brilliant welcome, splendid buffet and spotless environment at this club for my dear cousins wake. Over 100 people catered for, plenty of seating, cups of tea and coffee and a bar. A welcome respite on a sad day. Well done the team.

There for christening celebration could not fault it nothing was to much staff friendly and helpful food great

I went here for my Aunt's wedding reception which was fun. The venue is ideal because of the size, there is plenty of room to get everyone in and have tables set up and a buffet too. There was a disco at the front with a small dance floor. Bar staff were provided and it was easy to get served quickly. It is a pleasant venue and would come again.
