Thank you IPR, and Sebastien my caseworker, after 3 years of h*ll being refused a proper appeal with Islington Council Housing Benefits- I received this week an apology as well as confirmation their error has been rectified. IPR was not only super efficient but extremely patient with my many current health challenges... they all deserve OBEs!
