The staff make you feel like they're doing you a big favour and your mere presence is a massive inconvenience to them.

Without fail, every time I visit, they ask when the prescription was ordered. I don't get this. Either it's visible on their system or it isn't. I always leave a few days between ordering and collecting, but it never seems like it's enough, even after 1 week in some cases. My prescription is not special and there's always enough stock, so why the huffing and puffing every time I visit. It's one item for crying out loud.

Today I was asked to write my name, address and date of birth down. Why?

I won't be using them again. I'm done with their surly attitude. They don't deserve the business.

Lived in Holmes Chapel for over 17 years never had a problem with getting my heart medication from the Pharmacy before, well that was until I came across Kat. I believe she is the manager there, which I find very worrying as she is unprofessional, rude and puts peoples health at risk. Must say the other staff whom work there are lovely and helpful. Which it’s such shame she isn’t as it lets the pharmacy down.

Just moved into the area, and having left a fantastic GP and Pharmacy, I had high expectations. The people I met were nice and friendly, so I was hopeful.
What a nightmare!
The surgery blames the pharmacy, the pharmacy blames the surgery, and the dispensery is stuck in the middle.
I put in my monthly prescription request in, and 3 weeks later I'm still waiting. They gave me 1 out of 14 items. No explanation until we rang several times, only to be told they were struggling with certain items. Why hadn't they told me during the previous conversations? Apparently it works better for them that way, (obviously as a customer/patient I dont matter).
I'm still waiting on 4 items, which are essential items when you suffer a chronic illness.
They hope to have the missing items by Monday, but that doesn't stop the pain as I've run out.
Not impressed and looking for a replacement ASAP

Doctors are like unicorns.....everyone has heard of them, but no one has seen one.
That's why in desperation last week I visited the pharmacy in Holmes Chapel. I have an infection around my right eye, which despite an on line consultation with the health centre, was going from bad to worse. So out of hope more than expectation, I called in at the chemist. There I met the new pharmacist, Mitra.
Mitra spent a good deal of time examining the infection and then advising me on how to treat it. She asked me to come back a week later so she could see how things were going. So today I went back and saw Mitra again. The infection is now considerably better. Anyway, Mitra advised me again on what I was to do . She asked me to return next week.
What a service! I am very, very impressed by the professionalism and care I have received. I have no hesitation in recommending this pharmacy. Thank you Mitra!

I recently registered my family with this chemist and local doctors. On my first visit, the staff were very helpful and polite. I was told all my family could have the medication put into blister packs, which would be delivered in 2 weeks.
However, my medication was not delivered on time and I was told the problem was with the doctors. The doctor's receptionist blamed their dispensary, who in turned blame the chemist. I finally got my medication 3 days late - which was just stuffed into a plastic bag.
My wife and son's were also delivered late. My wife got only 1 item out 14 and my autistic son got all his items -not in blister packs- and with only one week's supply instead of the usual four.
He since developed an infection and a prescription was sent to the chemist. After waiting 2 days for the delivery, I visited the shop to be told they were waiting for all my family's medication to come into stock and would be delivering them the next week as it made things easier for them instead of treating the imfection.
I don't recommend this chemist or doctor to anyone.

Fantastic Service today from Kat at the front of the shop. Was in a panic with something to help my little boys cold and she was so helpful and relatable. Lovely to have people who care in this world. Thank you Kat and Holmes Chapel Pharmacy.

Using the new electronic prescriptions, used app and gave 10 days before going to check the pharmacy had the items in stock.
Waited more than 30 mins to just be told "not sure if we have received it from gp" and to wait more. Went to GP and they said they had sent it over, so Lloyds was lying obviously.
Rubbish, bad service.

This is supposed to be a more efficient service, it's certainly more slow and forced everyone to go back to the gp, this is the most disorganised pharmacy ever.

Visited today lady rude to my mum as the lady read out the wrong price and my mum repeated to her it's not what she said, then she looks at me like my mum's crazy
