A fantastic company to work for! Pay is 12 p/h for standard support worker, not sure about seniors or enhanced support workers. Training is very good, it is given internally or through an excellent company called Whites Training. I worked for TET for just under 2 years and it was a fantastic experience, I got to work across diverse settings throughout Cambridgeshire in Milton & Fenland. The staff are very friendly, full of diverse members who have amazing ideas for the people we support. All the managers I met are supportive and want the best for their staff and services, they encourage you to grow professionally by assisting you with training and getting Level 3 or Level 5 qualifications in H&SC ?. I would recommend this company to anyone who has experience or no experience in support worker, you will learn so much and have an amazing time with the staff & service users!
