Dan Flynn and Co have just recently (August - November 2022) finished a complete rear single story extension Plus a complete kitchen renovation to our home. Have must say that Dan and his team of craftsmen have exceeded our expectations. They have delivered our dream kitchen, dining and utility room. From the initial extension build to include a new dining room and separate utility room. From the removal of the existing kitchen to installation of a brand new high quality kitchen. Dan oversaw every detail from start to finish. All aspects of building, plastering, plumbing, electrical, windows and bifold doors. Being aware of the impact and adjusting the work to limit inconvenience to us as a family of five adults During the work Dan remained with us throughout so we knew we were in safe hands. He is ultra reliable, hard working , clean and tidy, he gets the job done keeping us updated on a daily basis offering excellent advice when needed. Dan goes above and beyond Ensuring everything has been finished to a very high standard. And completing the work on time having taken our initial ideas and turned them into reality. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dan Flynn & Co and are already looking forward to having you back for a potential bathroom renovation.

Dan at All Virtue Construction was super professional from start to finish of our kitchen redo. Everything went smoothly and finished on time to a very high standard. In 4 weeks the old kitchen was gutted, boiler replaced and relocated, all electrical and plumbing redone, walls plastered and cabinets fitted. He coordinated everything well, offered advice and guidance and finished on time and on budget. I would definitely recommend this company if you want a professional, hassle free experience.

Absolutely thrilled and delighted with our new Kitchen. Danny was brilliant from start to finish. Liaised with us all through the process, and totally listened to our needs.
Danny was on time every day and talked us through each step day by day.
Never not once did he fail to turn up and was such a tidy worker.

Danny has just completed a renovation job for us and we're over-the-moon!
It was a fairly awkward job, with different elements: a small extension and knock-through;
creation of a utility room and downstairs toilet; a new kitchen, plus a
chimney breast removal going up to the loft meaning a bedroom had to be completely gutted
and refurbished. We also had a partial re-wire with a new consumer unit installed as well as a
new boiler which required a lot of plumbing work to remove old pipes etc.
Danny and his team were excellent throughout; reliable, tidy and highly-skilled.
We'd definitely recommend him!

Dan completely renovated and reconfigured our bathroom in our victorian house in Jan 2017. He gave good advice on the layout and was able to answer our questions and concerns. He worked hard to keep to the agreed timeline and was a tidy and reliable worker with a good attention to detail. He kept us well informed of progress throughout the renovation. We are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend him and use again for future projects.

Dan fully refurbished our bathroom in just two weeks with minimal amount of disruption to my family.
