I've not had one good experience at this hospital, from A&E which is disorganised and apauling with long waits. Cancer treatment with doctors not knowing what's going on, and not even able yo diagnose cancer, lacking in care, and compassion , palative care who fail to follow up concerns, eye clinic who have junior doctors not knowing how to use equipment, and doctors failing to turn up, to loosing a relative due to negligence.
I hate having to come here, unfortunately limit choice living in Norfolk...I have no confidence in the NHS hospital.

The pre-appointment service is very good, but for the ambulance department, it may take a long time until the patient meets the doctor
