Great haul yesterday from fresh fruit and vegetables and store cupboard staples. Among this I got a huge cauliflower, some potatoes and a jar of cheesy pasta is sauce. So I turned this little lot into Dauphinois potatoes and Cauliflower cheese for less than a quid. Plus I have plenty of veggies to last me Sunday roast and the rest of the week. Unfortunately I was too hungry and forgot to take pics. Will definitely try and remember to take pics with the rest of my haul.
