I have just had an inspection from a lovely lady ...Maddy Johannes for a stock audit, very helpful and nice.
I personally have always found clarion to be fantastic, from the staff on the phone to the ultra helpful repair people.
I have lived in my property for 18 years without any problems at all.
I find if you treat everyone with due respect you are treated the same way in return.

Was ok but Clarion moved a single person into a 2 bedroom place next door a couple of years ago. Loud music, drugs and a complete mess of the gardens she has now moved in her daughter, daughters boyfriend and 1 of his mates who are louder and do more drugs.
My 9 year old daughter hasn't slept in her bedroom for 2 years now cause of the noise.
Clarion has ruined the road and our happy lives and don't really care.
Going down the route of collecting evidence for everything isn't worth the hassle of having our car wrecked etc so we will have to try and find a cheap private rental now.

I moved in 6 weeks ago. It is damp and it needs endless repairs even though it is supposed to have been signed off as okay. Had so many Clarion workers coming here. They get here late, they get it here early - just whenever it suits the little darlings. Of course they are far too important to let you know if they are going to be late!

The phone line is useless, their website doesn't work and their chat is a waste of time.

I'm about to start the formal complaints procedure. I know it will take a long time but I can't stand living in this damp property anymore.

9 months of hell!

Rat infested home for months, drainage problems for months. On the phone to them every single week and nobody ever has any plans to sort the problems out, or they have no recollection of us making previous complaints, utterly shameful housing association. They are so many issues with Clarions. We are constantly going around in circles.

Why should we pay our rent when we get treated like this!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. A clarion contractor broke my window on the 7th of August, I saw him do it, he admitted it and logged it (he said) between clarion and their contractors the contact has been non existent. They don't do anything they say they will, they don't respond to emails, they do the incorrect thing on the phone.
I'm going to see if I can go to the ombudsman regarding this, they haven't even acknowledged my complaint that I logged weeks ago.... considering media action too. As a single woman on a ground floor flat they compromised my security and have done absolutely NOTHING about it.

truly a fabulous Housing Association !! well done clarion !! after reading some reviews on here i had worries , but honestly we have been treated fair and with respect in our old age ! we found them to be clear and honest walked us through a difficult move but all the time kept us up to date and offered advise and help which was very nice and assuring , well done everyone at clarion for a great service and thank you all .....
