I had a horrible experience with a totally
Disfunctional staff. All they really want
Is money. They keep ereasimg my reviews.
They were sooo bad that one day prior
To surgery, I got scared and moved
To Pacific Eye. Very happy there. Please
Save yourself. Don’t walk away. Run

The office was very busy, but there was no delay in meeting with Dr. Abroms. He clearly explained my immediate surgical future and just how he would correct my current vision issues. Knowing what to expect makes it much easier to face both the pending surgery and the period of recovery.

First eye cataract surgery went well. The second eye was a failure and they won't take responsibility for it or try to fix it. Two other people in my block had the same experience with this ADV center.

He was nice enough and pleasant to talk with, but my issue has not been solved as of yet. He had told me I would hear something back soon regarding cataract surgery of my second eye. I am anxious to get it done and over with. Very frustrating.
