Had a difficult start with SN counselling with a therapist, but after speaking up how I felt about it to Tania (Theraputic Services Manager), she reallocated to a different therapist and now my counselling sessions are going smoothly with my new therapist. If it wasn’t for Tania, I wouldn’t have been able to say how I felt about it and I am now glad I am able to attend the sessions and going at my own pace. Feel very supported by Tania and her team and my therapist, who understand me. Thank you ☺️ 10/10

It says on google you are open, yet calling you x3 plus times, no response. I also went in person to your office in Brighton, no response…..please update your google, and provide more information. It’s distressing especially if you need urgent advice….

I use the ISVA service. They are superb. They are clear in their trans inclusivity. Thoroughly recommend them. They've been very supportive in my police investigation.

Went here after being letdown by services aimed at individuals who were neuro diverse. The prior services left me at risk. This service actually asked about how my needs and how they could be met. A first.
