Not always got everything you need but i enjoy going to see what they have with there upto 50% off. Also i managed to di my christmas shopping for my daughter throughout tge year as tgey had lots of harry potter things and my kids obsessed with Harry potter. Staff are nice and friendly. X

Great little shop. Being there at the right tine you get the new bargains comming in. And the staff are friendly and helpful. The reason for the 4 stars is purely the car park. Which i know. It is what it is, with the limited space.

Very disappointed with a staff member at the Basford shop I was questioned why I do not wear a mask. The staff member was aggressive in her tone and came across ignorant, I was refused entry into the shop because I did not wear a mask. Discrimination at its worst. They are obviously not following government guidelines. On gov.org it clearly states: "Exemption cards
If you have an age, health or disability reason for not wearing a face covering:
you do not routinely need to show any written evidence of this
you do not need to show an exemption card
This means that you do not need to seek advice or request a letter from a medical professional about your reason for not wearing a face covering." very disappointed!

Awful experience, had a look around but didn't find anything then just as I was leaving I spotted a PC game at the back of a shelf so I thought I'd buy it. It was 50p and I only had a ten pound note or card on me, I placed the case on the counter, the horrible lady looked at my tenner and said "I'm not giving you change just for that" what an absolute joke, I thought this was a charity shop but she needs to get off her high horse the snobby cow, I won't be supporting this charity any further I'm sure there are others who will be happy to receive my donations.

Had a very bad experience here also for not wearing a mask as I am exempt. Was refused entry by a very blunt and abrupt lady. A very disappointing day out with my nan who finds it very difficult getting in and out of my car as in a wheel chair for serious health reasons. I had to struggle getting her straight back in. Will never visit this shop again.

Interesting shop, selling greatly reduced new items, clothing, pet products, toys, kitchen utensils & lots of bargains.Friendly & helpful staff. Also benefits When you wish upon a star charity .Well worth a visit. Ample parking ?

Great place to find a bargain...all new stock--household goods, toys and games, clothes, pet supplies...nothing for me today but will return--what a gem.
