It has durastically gone down hill! Staff couldn’t care less about their residents and seem annoyed to have to deal with them. Rude staff who don’t listen to us and obviously shouldn’t be in a caring job. No activities at all because they can’t be bothered and tried to force us out when our resident got more ill. Don’t bother going here as it was a horrible experience for us and our relative.
