Very nice local community centre, large hall with a stage and big screen which is used for film screenings etc. We went for a quiz organised by the Tennis Club. A bar is attached also.

A nice big hall, shame the staff didn't know how to adjust the lighting so it spoilt the party atmosphere and left the entertainment on the stage in the dark and the guests in what felt like a school hall!

Toilets were clean. . .always a bonus.

The bar was busy with local people and they were serving food. I think they did takeaway too.

Ridiculous prices for a double gin and tonic £10.10 for 1 drink. You can buy a whole bottle for £17. Maybe members of the community get it cheaper But it would put me off booking there for an event.

The car park was very busy and full. Not a lot of room for manoeuvring a big vehicle.

Front bar is like a pub. Lots of parking. Membership needed for some things. Also do cooking and walking groups etc.

I'm a member of this club and family-friendly (up until 9pm) it has a hall capacity for 150-200, upstairs are 2 snooker tables and a pool table. The bar staff are down to earth and have a good laugh, in the grounds there's also a bowling green and tennis courts. Car park is pay and display but there's a tab to tear off which you can get refunded behind the bar, maximum of £1.50. All in all a very good place.

Nice to be in a place that has a real family atmosphere. Delicious pub style food and a well kept clean bar! The facilities upstairs include full sized snooker tables and also a pool table so I would definitely recommend!

We have been members here for years as we live nearby. Recent improvements have transformed it and new carpet is due to be laid in the bar over the next week or so. Great atmosphere, quality food, music events, stage shows, what's not to like?
