We were sent here on a Sunday by the mental health hub. Staff made several phone calls to understand situation and were very welcoming and professional. Building once inside is comfortable and also welcoming.

Great place to visit and have a chat about anything that is worrying you. Very helpful advice for anyone who needs help and advice on a whole range of things.

Very poor!
Left feeling much worse than when I went in, not due to what was being talked about but because I was told the same thing 7 times, despite replying with "ok, I will" "I've said I will" "that's 3 times you've said that now, I will!" and finally "I don't care about that! It's my mental health I am here for, I thought it would help coming here, but it hasn't!"
Everything seemed ok, until I started to open up, it felt like that was ignored.

These guys are truly amazing. Helped me so much when in crisis.
