Bought 6 bags of smokeless coal, everything was excellent. Great communication kept up to speed on an almost exact delivery date and time (to Scotland) and it arrived bang on time and polite delivery driver even carried coal all the way up drive way to back door. Excellent value and communication. Would recommend.

Terrible customer service and delivery. I ordered on 2nd January. Delivery has been rescheduled 4 times and I’m still waiting delivery as of 19th January. I would not recommend using this company

Ordered two deliveries now and each one delivered on date promised and can track delivery if required, nice delivery man who offered to take it down the garden.
Will buy larger amount over the summer, over all very pleased with service and the ecocoal.

For a company that's so large they know how to lose money very quickly. You order coal, and they say in 7 working days ok you allow a few days for disruption, "but you don't expect it to take over two weeks to arrive." Because you can't even stick to your own policy, it leaves me know choice but to go elsewhere. I ordered the same amount of coal through wickes, and they delivered within two days. Yes, you pay a few pennies more for the coal, but HAPPY TO DO SO to get the service that you want. That's the problem with some company's when they get too big for their boots they lose reality with their customers. Always remember that when you lose customers, you lose money.

Amazing service from the Homefire Group.
Ordered logs online Monday and was delivered by the Wednesday morning from the Norfolk depot right into my log shed at the rear of my house. Why haven’t I used this brilliant service before? Was kept informed of delivery and time. Have given five star for my experience even though quite a few negatives reviews. Good quality kiln dried logs and kindling as I’ve purchased Homefire products in the past but not direct. Excellent value. Can highly recommend and will be using again in total confidence. Big thank you to the person who delivered, not only on time but placing my bagged logs where I had requested. Thank you Homefire. All set for those cosy days ahead ?

Big thanks to Paul B who delivered while I was at work. He stacked my bags neatly and considerately as per my delivery instructions. I would usually make anyone on the delivery team a cup of tea but will of course when I am at home and the delivery arrives.
