My son attends the after school club at Parkwood Primary School in Keighley.

Recently this week he has chooses not to attend which is really out of character for him, he has been attending the football after school club for a number of years and enjoyed going!

Primarily it his down to a new young coach called Ryan.
Ryan is very abrupt with my son! Very negative and seems to have an attitude and condescending demeanour when dealing with the children.
On one occasion my son asked Ryan to help him with his trainers and he stated to him ‘do it yourself’ and walked away leaving him to struggle.
My son asks questions and then is subjected to embarrassment by Ryan, awarding his other class mates with penalties! Therefore secluding, isolating and punishing my son for know apparent reason. This has knocked my son’s confidence and resulted in him taking himself away from a club he was visibly excited to attend.
This has been reported to the lead coach. However, I feel this has been ignored.

I would like Ryan to be spoken to and restrained on the fundamental on teaching children.
I feel this falls below the standards of what you as a foundations are promoting!

My son loves everything about these camps and really looks forward to going. He's attended a couple of locations and despite not knowing anybody at one of the locations he soon makes friends and the staff all remember him and make him feel welcome. It makes school holidays so much easier knowing he's having fun, keeping active and making friends. The choice of locations is great too having camps near home and work is a bonus. Thanks guys!

My son was only days past 5yrs old the minimum age for the camp when he attended. He was a little upset when I left him but the staff assured me he'd be ok and he most certainly was. He loved and I mean LOVED the camps, every second of them and will be 100% returning for more in the future. Staff are fabulous. Very affordable and worth every penny. Roll on the next ones!

My son attending two of the camps, first time he had done a football camp in the holiday and he loved it. He enjoyed the variety of games, making new friends, improving confidence and winning a trophy on the last day! From a parents perspective the camp was well organised, efficiently run with welcoming staff. I would definitely recommend to other parents trying to keep children entertained in the holiday whilst juggling other commitments.

My son has been to two camps so far in the last holidays and absolutely loved every minute of it! The coaches were very professional and he has learnt so much from both of the coaches but also the older children and puts this into practice with his local team. Booking him on for the summer holidays as great value for money!

My son has been to two of the camps run by Bradford City Community Foundation this year, with two more booked for the summer holidays (July and August). He loved every minute of it especially with all the different games they played. There is a nice little presentation at the end of the second day, which is really nice to see. The cost is actually minimal too when you reflect on what your child gets. It's all great to know it helps fund a great project within the city!

Really good camps. My son has been to the camp on the pitch a couple of times, and really enjoyed it. Even though his first sport isn't football, he had a great experience as coaches are friendly, inclusive and encouraging.
