Can't get through on telephone and when you do they tell you that they are very busy and will call you back 7 days later I'm still waiting.
Update:Been waiting for 5 months for them to sort out a DRO and no progress or updates if you can possibly avoid this CAB then do it.
An absolute joke and I am making a complaint to the relevant people.

I think they are one of the worst. No help no answering phones.
I walk there spoke to someone whose talking to me behind the door so I can’t hear him, then minutes later gave me number to take appointment ! I ring and wait two hours to be answered they don’t give an appointments.

Don't bother phoning CAB, unless you like to listen to drawling information and then be asked for data that will only contact you to your local unit, if your lucky!
but nothing if your out of town, trying to get help
no stars!
