Can't say enough nice things about Advanced Labs. They are a fantastic company to work with. I LOVE that they have a courier service. That saves us a lot of money in shipping costs. Their customer service is phenomenal. They are not only kind and considerate over the phone, but they have been super accommodating when we had specific format requirements that Amazon required of us. We have used Advanced Labs since 2015.
Their knowledgeable staff excell in the industry. Their testing prices and turn around times are hands down the best we have found. Being An ISO accredited lab means they are always up to date with any new regulations. Their online trend check allows us to quickly find any results, both current or a few years old. Being local to their lab, They even have a courier service that picks up our daily samples. This value added service alone saves us over $5k a year in shipping. I Highly recommend Adv Labs for all your testing needs.

Advanced Laboratories has a large testing capability and a great customer service. The turn around times and pricing meet our needs and they work with us on times we are in a crunch and need 1 day turn around. They are quick to notify of any method changes or any issues. They work with us to figure out any testing method issues and are really involved with helping us get the best out of our testing!

One of our customers complained of abnormal test results for samples tested by Atlas Bioscience Labs, a subsidiary of Advanced Labs and where the bulk of their analytical testing is performed. I did a google search for Atlas Bioscience Labs and found that they were part of an NBC Dateline investigation into a recalled product called Total Body Formula. This product was recalled due to people falling ill after taking the supplement. The lab where testing was performed and found to have no issue with the product was Atlas Bioscience. Dateline submitted samples spiked with high levels of Arsenic (200ppm) and lead to Atlas. Atlas reported results of 0.26ppm of arsenic, close to the “expected concentrations” supplied to the lab with samples. This sounded eerily familiar. Samples we sent to their lab also returned “expected” results prompting us to send samples to a legitimate lab (Eurofins) where we received legitimate results. On another occasion Advanced Labs falsely reported high bacteria results as yeast. I have since stopped using Advanced Labs.

Money grabbing, liars who will not live up to what they tell people. Will screw you over if it means more money in their pocket. Make sure you end is covered before dealing with these people.
