The sales people at the Persimmon office in Aylesham were helpful and understanding. We found the post sales care was very good, and they were very responsive to fixing any minor snags (there were only a couple, resolved within a few days).
The quality of the house and construction is very good (way better than other new builds I’ve experienced before) and on meeting one or two of the guys who built it it’s clear they have real pride in what they do.
I would say that the Persimmon head office put us under a lot of pressure initially to complete unrealistically quickly, although in the end this was more pressure than anything real.

I bought a house here, it's nice it's quite, the quality is what you would hope for from a company building a village, speaking to the immediate neighbours they like area they have moved into, I've been here a few years now not always in the new builds, I think they are doing a great job and tuff job out there, more positive feedback is needed as people only write bad reviews any more, if it's good who cares, that means there is nothing to complain about!!

Visited this morning to have a look around a new property. As soon as I mentioned 'help to buy' the sales person was very rude and dismissive, suggesting we didn't even bother looking around.

Rude staff, no interest in what you are looking for & really inflexible with viewing times. Asking working people to view between 11am & 6 pm Monday to Saturday is a joke!!
