My husband and I have spent a fortune in B n M stores, we’ve always had our miniature yorkie with us and there’s never been a problem, but today a tall middle aged woman came rushing down the isle shouting to my husband, Who by the way, was CARRYING our little dog. SHE CRIED OUT NO DOGS ALLOWED IN HEAR YOU WILL HAVE TO LEAVE THE STORE NOW, ITS TO DO WITH HEALTH AND SAFETY, WELL SHE NEEDS TO READ THEIR COMPANY POLICY, BECAUSE IT SAYS THAT DOGS ARE ALLOWED IN, BUT THEY ARE TO BE KEPT ON THEIR LEADS AT ALL TIMES, SO LADY HU TO YOU LADY, HA HA HAHAHA,

Got a pen/dobber last week for £3.50. The pen doesn't work. Just been in to exchange for another one (i didnt have the receipt) was rudely told "sorry love, no receipt so we cant exchange it". As if i stole a £3.50 pen!

Incredibly rude staff member female middle aged
Ordered me out of the store because I had my tiny dog with me.
I had already been advised by staff member in the kiosk that it would be fine, in fact he said that if anyone objected to tell them he gave me permission
I was just swapping 2 cushions.
She humiliated me in front of customers treated me like a criminal

I will never shop there again

No respect at all.

Went in for a birthday gift and managed to get two sets of solar powered garden lights, wrapping paper and even a scratch card to put in with card. Picture shows one set fantastic ?

Always super friendly staff, one gent in particular today helped me by putting my shopping bag behind the front til so I could do my shopping as I'm heavily pregnant and was struggling to hold it, couldn't appreciate that more 🙂

Lovely staff but the last few weeks there is nothing on shelves. All cleaning products, all toiletries etc. shelves are almost empty. I don't know if it's supply issues or lack of staff or both together but it's very disappointing to see it.
