its all about funding, doing what "needs' to be done on paperwork so all looks in order...staff don't have time/knowledge to help clients...there are many complimentary therapies available but they are never discussed or offered, no counciling ect.. appointments to attend to complete the same paperwork every time, which goes on to filled away, and unread by no-one regardless of your answers to the questions, no action/help is ever taken, whether your feeling 10/10 or 0/20 there is never no further discussion or help offered. your adviced to call if ur struggling or need help, but calls are barely returned... Best help u can get.. is to help yourself,

Once out of rehab, no aftercare, or promised weekly phone support from any key Worker. Had to chase up own follow up medication for a month!

It only got 1 star because no option for 0. Run by drug pushers and un welcoming to family members. It's the only place I know that's supposed to help and inspire recovery, when in fact all it does is add another drug dependancy to the mix. For example a drug reduction programme that lasts years and never reduces only increases. No frame work just x drug users chatting and sharing an ear. Needs investigating

rules change constantly from one thing to another they will never own up and admit they made a mistake..my opinion it's all about the money or in there case the funding. Treat u like a child do as they say or face the consequences. They bribe u for your script

Their services have become better over the years. With the new recent contract for services, there is an expectation that delivery of services and the standard of care will increase.
