I don’t normally complain I’ve suffered having a break down I’ve been with you for a year this is the first time I was making progress I’ve had a few weeks way I have had no support I have been feeling unwell with mental health I just speak with friends they tell me they should not leave me like this husband never says anything to make me feel good about myself I am unhappy the way you treat people you need to change the way you do things because it’s not helping

Valid reason for rent arrear. No compassion.i have MS and the worry and stress over unpaid rent is only adding more stress.Tried in vain to get loan to pay arrear but credit rating nil.

The worst letting agency in the world. When we first moved in the flat was infested with moths and the only solution that they had was that they would reimburse us for a can of moth killer. The shower has been broken since we moved in so we have had cold showers for 3 months and they refuse to fix it. The customer service is a joke, they just pass the problem over to someone else and nothing ever gets solved.
