We bought a great house but the extension had no Building Regs and no way of tying it in to the main house. There were cracks in the brickwork and above the windows.
ASRS Ltd were recommended by our building surveyor.
We initially felt the quote was too high but decided to go ahead because it gave a 10 year insurance guarantee. Once we saw what the skilled operatives did to the walls, we felt it was definitely excellent value for money. The cracks were stitched together with stainless steel screw rods and incredibly strong resin. They also fitted steel straps to all the rafters and then plastered over the inside. It’s SOLID! There is no way this will ever move or crack again. We’re delighted with the result and the price. The guys who did the work were excellent and a pleasure to have around. They were professional and adaptable and clearly perfectionists.
A big thanks to ASRS for the excellent work and for the way in which it was carried out.

I was faced with a crack issue in my bay window and was determined to hire a company with ample experience to address it. A friend of mine recommended ASRS, and I am pleased to say that they were the perfect choice. They took the time to explain the entire process and informed me that such issues are quite common in London, particularly in Georgian houses built on clay soil, especially if many trees have been removed. ASRS provided a precise quotation and timeline for the work, and they delivered on time as promised. What impressed me even more was their meticulous attention to detail, leaving the finished repair with an artistic touch that made it appear as if the window had never been fixed. I am thoroughly satisfied with their services!!!

I encountered an issue with wall tie corrosion, which I unfortunately handled late and didn't hire the most competent company to address it initially! As a result, the problem escalated and led to a bowed wall! Thankfully, I made the wise decision this time to hire ASRS, a company with extensive experience in various structural repair problems! They took on the entire project and effectively resolved all the issues! The outcome of their work left me incredibly satisfied, and I couldn't be happier with the results they achieved!!!

Work was completed to repair a large bow in the wall of a Victorian house. Comms was excellent and the workmen were very professional, polite and kept to schedule. They tidied up after each day to make sure the driveway we shared with our neighbour was as clean as it could be. Highly recommend if you have cracks/repairs needing to be fixed. They provided us a 10yr guarantee for extra piece of mind.

I would avoid this company. My parents and their neighbours had very similar, significant cracks in their walls (semi-detached properties) and requested help from ASRS to diagnose and fix the issue. ASRS took on the work promising that 'they will never see these cracks again'. Once the work was completed, the cracks returned a few months later. We called ASRS to check why this was happening and only after the second visit when a more thorough check was carried out, the real issue was identified (sinking foundation). The work which had been completed by ASRS was redundant, with my elderly parents left with a bill of nearly £4,000 and an even greater issue to deal with.
We contacted ASRS to raise our concerns and request a refund of some sort since the work was carried out negligently, which they deny and would not take any responsibility for.
I hope that by sharing our experience, others can be made aware of what they can expect when using this company.
