Absolutely amazing service that has been an absolute lifeline for us as a family. I first approached the service when my daughter was 4 and they have been incredible. They have literally been with us ever since. Honestly would have been lost without this service. Can’t thank them enough how much help and support they have given us. My daughter is now 10 and this service continue to support us and help is always there when we need it. Amazing service. We are so thankful for this service in Bolton. The support given to us as a family with 2 SEN children has been amazing and we couldn't have got the support that was needed for them without this service.
Nothing seems a hassle to them and they will support you to get the right things in place for your child.
It gives you a peace knowing that you can rely & trust in them.

I cannot recommend this group of people (absolute angels and sen gods) enough. I can honestly say I do not think my family would be standing here today without the help, support and advice of Bolton IAS. Support in meetings, phone calls, emails, voice notes… my fave! They really are the bees knees for help and support. I tell all my fellow parent friends to get in contact with them if they also find themselves needing extra support. We need to remember that these people are humans, they’re busy, if no one answers, they always return your call whether it be a text, a voice note or a chat. I can honestly say that I’ve found a friend for life in my advisor.

I have struggled for so long gaining help for my SEND children until I heard about ISA. Many sweats, tears & mental health torn fighting for them alone.. am so so grateful for the amount of support I have had from you, I wish I had known about this service a long time ago. Cheryl Wyatt you are extremely amazing in what you do! You have helped me so much getting our voices across for my children, this means they are now getting the help they deserve! getting ECHP done, anything to do with my boys your on task to help me and without you I would have really struggled and been in square one. Anyone who is struggling for their SEND children definitely contact this service! You definitely would not feel alone anymore! Not only this service is amazing but very friendly, reliable and amazing communication especially for a deaf parent like me! Thankyou so much again!

I can’t get in touch with anyone when needed. We were promised an appointment and the representative turned up four hours early and announced they couldn’t make the scheduled appointment but then didn’t inform myself which I felt was very unprofessional. I was promised a call back on another occasion at a specific time and that never happened either. I don’t think I would be happy to use your sevices again. I couldn’t happily recommend them either. Very disappointing

Absolutely appalling service got no proper help attended a school meeting was late for the meeting she looked all flustered and showed little interest and basically showed no real support in the meeting I hope I never have to use them again total let down
