Multiple members of the public including myself have made this centre aware that they are providing facilities to someone who is running a scam and it looks like he’s stolen a lot of money. The person who takes complaints at this centre isn’t interested. She said on the phone that she believes that when they hire the space out then what someone does with it has nothing to with them.

I believe if someone has an ongoing fraud case against them and is still running a scam from these facilities then they have a moral obligation to bring it to a stop like what Blaydon football club did. I suppose in this case money might be more important to the Winlaton centre.

Attended Christmas event. Craft stalls, choir singing Christmas songs. Refreshments available and the switch on of the Christmas tree lights. A lovely couple of hours.

As volunteer at the centre I meet so many new people who often don't know just how many different events are available. It's so enjoyable from lunch clubs, toddlers groups, and my favourite fare share.

Heart of the community great friendly place, I have been a volunteer there for 10years, we run a Fareshare scheme by collecting food & clothing from supermarkets and local businesses that would normally go to landfill, also give support & advice to people who need a bit extra help, technically this is for people living in the NE21 area but we don't turn anyone away and if we can't help we signpost them to an organisation which can...
