Update: I signed up for 3 virtual events on eventbrite, and received a follow-up zoom link and email for 1/3 events.

I don't understand how they can promote online events and allow registration without providing access to attend them, 2/3 times. It feels like something is off...

I felt something was off when I tried to join the Art Circle a different year as well: the facilitator said everyone had to turn their cameras on and participate, so I did, but she still allowed people with strange usernames to remain with their cameras and mics turned off for several meetings. I felt uncomfortable about this and brought it up, but it wasn't until several meetings later, near the end of the series, when she finally confronted the anonymous participants and removed ones that did not respond - this should have been done from the start.

Revised review:
Did not receive follow-up emails or zoom links for the Art Circle or Supporting Survivors this October or November, despite emailing the organizer in advance via eventbrite, emailing , and speaking with Sara over the phone in the morning, to
request the Zoom links, info regarding services, and if I had to do an intake. Sara asked for my email, and when I wanted the information by - asap? I said, yes, before the Art Circle began at 6pm that day. I did not receive anything. Wasted my time trying.

Improvement needed.

Life ruiners. They say they're supposed to help vulnerable people, but if you have a head injury or any difficulty thinking, and are EXTREMELY vulnerable, DO NOT GO THERE. Do not trust this organization. They lied to me, and pushed me into doing something I very clearly stated I was not ready to do even with their help and in their presence. I was put in a position where I was forced to do it alone anyway, unable to think or speak clearly. It was a nightmare.

I formally complained about this woman Suzan, have spent a lot of time and energy going through their "process", only to be told by the person that was supposed to follow up and do something about this, that she has not had time. She did, however, have time to write me very lengthy emails regarding this "process" that still hadn't begun after about 2 months, and insultingly give me numbers for "resources" I did not ask and have absolutely no use for. I trusted them and they ruined my life. They have not done anything to follow up with me or the counselor, in the meantime she is still seeing clients while I'm being ignored and in horror. She literally told me when I was in this horrible state, injured, unable to think properly, that despite me explaining I was not ready, it was very important that I did this right now because "she had a bad feeling". I really wish my faculties had been functioning properly, I would have immediately known something was wrong and never spoken to her again. I told her I was not okay to drive and she made me drive there anyways. She told me that the car accident I had just been in that I only had so long to file a report for was not urgent, because I couldn't think straight I just listened to what she said and did as I was told. She subsequently messed up and caused harm regarding two different life incidents that I desperately needed help with. I was promised I would not be left alone for a second in this situation, and then she left almost immediately.

Unfortunately I have to give one star in order to leave this review, I'd really like to give zero. I think it's necessary to write my experience so this doesn't happen to another person, as clearly, their complaint process is not doing a damn thing. I'm hoping people read this and think twice before they go.
