Neighborhood foundation hates kids. There's a lady that lives on Columbia who lives next to one of their empty lots. She has convinced neighborhood foundation to put a fence up around the property. To keep kids from playing in an empty lot because the lady made quick decision saying that it was those kids who put holes in her fence she had no idea who done it. Neighborhood foundation is the worst thing that has ever came to Newport no matter what the rich people think.

Scattered sights manager harasses you and pops up without notice . Also she demands to know who you have in and out of your home . Maintenance does nothing but walk thru your home without you being present .

The housing manager is extremely rude I thought they were here to help us not embarrass and ridicule. We’ve bern living here since 2014 and have never had an issue like this before
