This is an incredible gem in the heart of Newquay and plays an invaluable role in the community. Have visited the cafe on a few occasions and it offers a great selection of food which more often than not is made with the produce grown on site. I have also done a course here and it offers some brilliant opportunities to learn about sustainability and how to live a more environmentally conscious lifestyle. The staff here are brilliant and are so clued up on nature and employment. It’s just all round generally a really nice place to visit. Also a great place for a dog walk. Really can’t think of anything that could be improved.

Beautiful rustic environment, amazing friendly staff and a massive welcome from all the vegetables! It makes you want to reconnect with nature, your health, social community and overall well-being, as you soak up the deliciousness of all the freshly grown ingredients and enjoy the trendy serenity that surrounds you. ENJOY ? Join in and VOLUNTEER ? And if you don’t have time, just pop into the Heart and Soul Cafe for a cuppa… I’ll be amazed if you don’t fall in love with the place, just like I did!! ?

Inclusive green space with wheelchair friendly paths and social spaces such as a cafe, classrooms and courtyard.

Open 24 hours a day for moonlit walks and lunchtime picnics, this is a really lovely place to visit and enjoy the changing seasons.

Lots of opportunities to volunteer, learn and make friends.

It's best to check the website for more details including upcoming events, plays, locally sourced evening meals and green initiatives.

Parking close by is a little challenging sometimes, but the peeps at the gym are friendly if you pop in and ask to use one of their spaces ?

Newquay orchard cafe, the food was delicious. The yoga meditation session was really nice. Give it a try!! 10/10 for the homemade sauce roll, ginger tea, chai latte, and apple crumble tart. Delicious mmmmm. Give it a try for yourself.

Great venue for an evening’s entertainment, beers, ciders, wine and posh soft drinks available, do remember something warm for when the sun sets as it gets chilly very quickly, also something soft for your b@m to sit on and you will have a great evening …… it’s great local resource

7 acres of beautiful space away from the hustle and bustle of the town or beaches. Built by volunteers with mainly recycled materials, a perfect place for a walk by yourself or with your dog.
