Voluntarily run group run by and for those with the chronic health issue of M.E. or Myalgic Encephalomyitis.

Those with Fibromyalgia, long covid, post viral fatigue and other issues also very welcome.

Precovid attendance was much greater than at present, but this is a very open friendly support group.

Although information and some signposting is given, this is primarily a social support group, in my opinion.
