Review for the Norwich office only.

Back in 2017, I got shouted at for going upstairs by an Asperger East Anglia staff member (though I had done that for weeks on end for an appointment, when they were upstairs, and no one objected).

Got advised to apply for Income Support (absolutely the wrong benefit).

Got support for a couple of months, then that staff member just left, and AEA gave me zero help after that, which was disastrous.

One worker told another I was "saying dramatic things" when I said I had felt suicidal.

Nearly went back recently, as I am desperate, but luckily found out the shouting woman is still there.

Probably a great place if your face fits - mine don't.

It's miserable that a place that seems to offer people like me help do this kind of thing.

Apparently the Beccles place is good, but much too far away from me.

The women that runs it theckla was very horrible to me .she tryrd to undiagnosed me with my condition.she said me talking to myself is mental health when its not its aspergers .not bothered tho what goes around comes around

Have bought quite a few things here and quite a few have been painted and occupy pride of place in my new house in Torquay
I will miss this place. The staff were always cheerful and helpful.

A fantastic local charity, they have a wood workshop out the back where they can repair furniture and make things on request!
