When they turn up they are helpful but they insist that for deliveries they cannot be more specific than the arrival day. When you have just lost someone, and have so many painful things to do, it would help if they could at least say morning or afternoon. They also claim that they are not in touch with drivers (they don't have a mobile phone they can message them with) and that the driver probably won't follow the delivery schedule anyway, even though it is designed to make their day as easy as possible. Pretty poor service in this day and age!

Millbrook came and installed bathroom grip rails and on a second visit he fitted garden step rails. Matt the fitter (from Pirbright?) was polite, unitrusive, quick, clean and tidy and and he got soaking wet in the rain!

Always a pleasure to deal with. Could have delivered ability aids later in week, but needed them today. Great outfit as are the Runnymede Locality Team of Surrey County Council. Got through on phone to both organisations without problem. Certainly quicker than my local GP Surgery.
