The hub of the Islands community and a great place to have an event to such as a Wedding Reception or parties. Also Vectis Radio broadcast from there too.

Had my covid jab here Thursday midday and I was very impressed with how smoothly everything went. NHS staff and volunteers are doing such a great job, the whole process of parking up, checking in, checking details and getting the vaccine jab is efficient and quick. Thanks!

Nice clean venue, lots of various spaces to use. Toilets were clean. Bar available. Must ask next time if they would have used mu reusable cup and if there was a recycling bin for cans.

We were married here last Saturday 3/6/18.Laura ,Jackie and the team of staff helped to make our wedding day memorable , They worked so hard providing excellent food both at the sit down reception and an evening buffet for all our guests .Bar staff worked non stop, ourselves and our guests fully appreciated how they looked after us and we would recommend using this venue anytime Thank you all.

Ok, was here because it is currently being used as a COVID vaccination center and I recieved my first Jab. The whole thing was run in a very friendly and reassuring manner making the whole process a good experience. Five stars to all those involved in this operation, though I didn't get a sugar lump after my jab.....😁

Sadly I would not recommend this venue for a wedding /reception . The wedding room had a strange smell that smelt like something was rotting . Luckily it was not as strong as the previous day when setting up but guests commented on it after.
The communication between the venue and ourselves was very poor, emails left unanswered for several days, promised return calls didn't happen . This seemed to all go down hill after the original lady we planned the wedding with ended her employment there.
The menu we arranged with the original lady was not delivered even though I personally sent a copy of the menu to the manager the week before to verify the changes . We did not receive what was agreed and the food that was served was below standard . The quiche appeared to be a defrosted one as it was icey and watery. We pay £260 for it and many guests commented on the amount and standard of the catering. The bar was left unattended several times whilst the staff were outside smoking and on collecting our personal possessions the following day the manager was very abrupt and rather rude it her manner towards us .
The only thing that made the wedding an amazing day was the outside decorator we brought in, the dj and the family and friends that attended. We certainly would not recommend this venue for a wedding which is sad as we chose it as it is a charity and the original people we booked it with ,Adrian and Bev, were very nice and very attentive . The new manager is very rude and abrupt
