An Awful Organisation. Elderly Lady rang-up to discriminate against me, then did not make contact, and eventually I found that she had dissapeared on holiday. Attempted to resolve matters, things have only worsened. Absolutely Avoid!!!

Profiting from the public's misery, they employ failed elderly lawyers who are useless, and do not take your issues seriously. Wouldn't send a one sentence email, which was written for them, in the span of a month. Pointless.

This organisation has limited knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act, they make up their own rules. Hopefully soon they will be investigated and shut down. Avoid them at all costs.

If I could give this no stars I would. Horrible company. Again they share information without your consent and the last review put it perfectly they are not on your side or trying to get your voice heard. They are in bed with the council and instead of championing for your rights and voice to be heard as a care leaver from Wandsworth they are working against you and not sharing crucial information about the situation and contact they are having with the council. Unfortunately all this children and adults social services is rather a buisness than a service to help. Which is many care leavers either end up homeless, on the streets or in prison. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.

I would not trust these people, they are taking funding, and providing almost no form of service. Highly bigoted staff members, who are off sick or spending ill-gotten gains.

Don’t use they are not independent they are in bed with the council who funds them and I wished that I read the previous reviews
Pointless service that are not independent not helpful or supportive and be careful with what data you provide to them which they share without consent and when aware refuse to return your calls

They give you a list of companies & lawyers who benefit from government legal fees when you go to tribunal, and that's it. Nothing more, nothing less ...

zero service
Typical: 'thrown out the door, come back trough the window' company . Bromley council is not officially related to them - after many years of public complaints, Bromley signed a contract with another advocacy service (advocacy for all). Then Advocacy for all signed contract with advocacy people , for covering of Bromley council. Bromley council supported the procedure - they do not care about complaints of the public. The problem, however, is that Advocacy People does not do the advocacy task- factually does not do anything. Last year, i requested their help - they didn't do anything for 3 months - then after 3 months in November they wrote a letter to the hospital. No answer arrived until today. On other hand, the Advocacy people neither answers emails since January 2023....
