Oaklands has become home for Mum since July 2022. The love and care staff give to residents constantly gives a hope filled,joyful envioment from care and nursing staff. This was highlighted this October by staff going the extra mile as Mum and fellow residents were able to join the celebration of our daughters wedding . A beautiful room and a big screen enabled Mum to feel part of this special occasion.Very grateful for this safe space. Thank you.

Oaklands is a wonderful care home. Wonderful staff from management to Cleaners. Always putting residents needs first. Giving them their dignity, caring for them as if they were their own family. My mum has been a resident here for three years and I feel so very fortunate to have found such a lovely home from home.

Our friend has settled into Oaklands very well. He enjoys the varied and tasty menus in the dining room.
He loves to join in with all the activities that are on offer. There is a varied programme every week, which keeps him interested and stimulated. He is making new friends in this very sociable care home.
All the staff are so friendly and caring and show genuine empathy with the residents.
Byron, the manager runs a very efficient and effective establishment. He is always available and very friendly and approachable.
We wholeheartedly recommend Oaklands.

Oaklands isn't just a nursing home, it's a homely home and it's a family home with the best person centred care, great activities, loveliest care staff, great manager who really understands both residents and relatives needs and the most pleasant surroundings for residents to enjoy that I have seen. I spent 3 and a half years visiting my Mum there and being involved in her care and I can honestly say I could not have chosen a better place. Everyone becomes part of the family and the support for relatives and inclusion of them in activities so they can continue to make special memories with their loved ones is excellent. I genuinely would recommend Oaklands to anyone.

My mum went in to Oaklands in May, unable to walk or eat, Oaklands is now her home, she walks around, eats loads and does so much fun activities thanks to Erica and the lifestyle team. She has been given a new least on life and this is down to Byron (Manager) Becky (deputy) and their amazing staff. All the staff are AMAZING, they go above and beyond. One big happy family. 5 stars is not enough. Thank you for making my mum smile and enjoy life again.

The entire staff at Oaklands House Care Centre are so hard working and caring. They treat every resident as though they are a member of their own family. Nothing is too much trouble and any request is met with a can do attitude.

Oakland House is a very pleasant place Peaceful with abeautiful garden outside Inside it's very Clean and Spacious .
The Staff are Welcoming extremely Caring and Cheerful.
I can't thank them enough for the hard work and dedication .
