This is the only service that concretely helped me through my situation and problems, several times in several years. It is true, it is difficult to get through, sometimes I had to call repeatedly and at times for several days but any single time I spoke to them they gave me reliable, effective, practical solutions and detailed information to put into place their solutions. Or if it wasn't in their capability no useless redirections, no useless draining requests for personal data and information. It was never a waste of time, they are highly competent and straight to the point, simply professional. I must tell other women how grateful I am and how much I appreciate their work. Fantastic support when I had to apply for a non Molestation Order. Can be a bit difficult to get through on the phone, but only because they’re dealing with so many cases and are volunteers working part-time, so keep trying. If you’re suffering domestic abuse and need advice and help this organisation are brilliant.

Appalling service - you're open for a mere two hours in an evening and you cannot answer the phone once? I called at least 20 times over an hours period. At least have a queue system in place, but I doubt you are actually manning the phone line anyway. Any women out there who are in need of help, please take my advice and don't waste your time trying to get through to this place when there are other organisations out there who will actually pick up the phone.

Highly recommend the service this wonderful charity provides. Don't know what I would have done without their expert advice and support. It can be difficult getting through, I suggest to start calling just before their lines open, that way you'll get through.

I have tried ringing them for literally a year now, and never been able to get through ? it says the line is closed when it is the time it says it is open. Or other times when they are open it is always engaged.
