Jez has spent the time to understand my problem and has treated me with deep massage and muscle energy techniques. I can’t recommend Synergy Sports highly enough. Jez is an extremely knowledgeable, and professional, having worked in the NHS as a senior nurse for many years. He is a lovely family man and puts you at your ease with his friendly and polite approach. He sorted my issue out, providing me with advice and emailed information on how to avoid future problems. Very open and honest about the number of appointments required, not wanting to waste my time and money. Would not hesitate to use the service again when required.

Had a problem with my plantar fasciitis. Jez sorted it really quickly with a few sessions. The follow up was excellent and he was really knowledgeable about the problem and what was required to manage and prevent a return of the injury.
