Sunday 30th July at 5:25 PM Peugeot Minibus with registration WA66 DHO with this charities branding was seen on driving north on Royal Albert Drive Scarborough throwing plastic cups from the front passenger side window.

Passengers on board heard shouting at other motorists and travelling and without seatbelts or being sat down. Minibus eventually parked at the beginning of Peasholm Gap.

Not acceptable behaviour from a charity funded by the UK Government and from others. When driving the minibus you represent the charity.

As if this area is not already polluted enough with the endless amounts raw sewage pumped into the sea by YW close by.
