If I could leave zero stars, I would.

This is NOT a program aimed at actually helping victims. In fact, my suspicion is that this is an organization that may have started with good intentions but has probably become so overcome with shady employees only using their friends and family to siphon money from the state. I guarantee if there was an investigation into who can actually jump thru the ridiculous non stop hoops to get a penny from these people would be all somehow connected to the employees. This place exists solely for that purpose!!!

They are NOT in any way advocates for those who have been victimized in any way, in fact, the experience that they put you thru just to pretend to help is extremely triggering and way more hurtful than you can imagine.

These people are absolutely ridiculous!!!! they literally procrastinate getting your claim resolved. they have asked for my husbands ssn number several time and already had that information. incompetent workers! lazy and foolish. i even sent his paperwork in certified mail so i know they have it! start hiring educated people for these department and get the work done!

I am glad that a program like this exists but I’ve had a very bad experience. I received an award letter in October stating that I will receive the funds in 6 weeks after 6 weeks I called and they said it changed to 8 weeks. 12 weeks later still nothing. When you call the hold time is very long and when someone answers they usually say the system is down or updating. They never respond to emails and make this process very difficult. I planned on giving the funds to my little cousins whose mom was killed. Thanks a lot

If I could give zero stars I would, I was rewarded per the program and have not seen anything since. It's been a year and half and they have not been any help, nor have they contacted me, and they don't do their job. Which now leads me to contact the Judical Qualification Commission because this Atlanta office has failed me greatly with their lack of communication.
