I am writing this simply as a concerned family member. Unfortunately, there has been a significant lack of communication and follow-through from the team, which has caused my family considerable stress during an already difficult time. The lack of follow-up keeps leaving us in the dark and unprepared for upcoming proceedings. Clear and timely communication is crucial, especially with such sensitive matters. Regrettably, our experience has highlighted a concerning gap in this area. We hope that by bringing this to your attention, future families will not have to endure similar frustrations.

Thank you for taking the time to read this review. We hope our feedback will lead to improvements in your communication processes and overall client support.

I'm only leaving a review because this place had a therapist who was extremely hard to work with, she wouldn't listen to us at all, we asked her to dismiss herself and give us a different therapist but she refused until she had to leave because of personal problems. She determined our child was able to phase out and she stopped the therapy. Now he's back in therapy at another location, with the EXACT same problems at a greater level. We didn't expect him to be cured, but we did expect help and direction. They failed our son.

Anyone writing a Positive Review of these Vermin either work there, were paid, or are Liars. If your child is placed with this agency, they will be molested. Many children placed there were molested at home. If you visit your child, others there get jealous. Older, unsupervised, previously molested children will prey on them. These Corrupt Satan Worshipers know of this, and allow it to continue. I firmly believe Corrupt Judges and "social workers" are paid Kickbacks to send Your Children to the Hell Holes that these Animals manage. This "Business" should not be allowed to exist.

Some of the staff are rude to parents and the case workers who work there lie to the kids and treat them like just another number. Nicole laughs about situations that cause your family heartaches like its funny to her. I had a fomer case worker who quit tell me about the things they say about kids and parents behind their backs calling them idiots and lost causes. The state need to clean house and replace these ppl with ones who care about the kids. Not ones who take advantage of them.

So happy to see my grandkids but the people who have been on our case haven't relayed information to us and have failed the kids! Don't let your kids get involved with this company

This place ruined my life! They are racially biased and pushed hard to separate my young siblings from me and my family out of pure disdain for my mother.

No one is ever on the same page. Managers lack follow through, unless you stay on top of them.
