We had a very good experience with March and Petit when we bought our house so there was no debate about who to use when we decided to sell. The advice we received from valuation to marketing was all first rate and the sale price exceeded the guide figure and our expectations. We can't fault the Company, all of the local offices got involved introducing prospective buyers but the team at Newton Ferrers who handled the sale through to completion were all exceptional. Marchand Petit were the perfect estate agents for us. They handled negotiations in a positive & professional manner and made the whole sales process straightforward. We had a slight problem with the original photographs but this was quickly rectified by the team and a new photographer engaged. Going forward, the only recommendation we would make, would be that whoever is doing the viewing, contacts the client to say the viewing is finished, as we ended up waiting to return not knowing if the potential purchaser had left.
