Excellent facilities and the best support in the world. The spar pool is lush at 35 degrees. The range of the gym equipment is fantastic and caters for all requirements. Excellent support from all the instructors. Does exactly what it says on the tin, fixes people.

Excellent venue in HMS Drake dockyard. You need to be ex-service and WIS (wounded, injured or sick). Phone the venue to arrange a visit and joining procedure. The staff are great and really look after you and offer many forms of help. Veterans meet on a Friday morning in the Cafe and can meet like-minded compatriots. The facilities are brilliant and are free to use and there are staff on hand to help you, whatever your injury whether is physical or mental.
